Once you submit this form, I will contact you to confirm your selections and preferences, and coordinate a convenient pickup day and time. All laundry is initially sorted by type—clothing separated into lights and darks, linens, and towels—then further organized by person during folding, to the best of my ability. You are welcome to pre-sort your laundry in any way you prefer, whether by person or specific wash loads. If you do pre-sort, please let me know so I can respect your arrangements and avoid undoing your effort.
All wash service options include basic stain treatment. I will address any stains I notice during sorting; however, it is not possible to inspect every item thoroughly. If you have items with stains that require special care, please separate them and inform me so I can give them the proper attention they need.
In the rare event that an item is damaged, I will offer reimbursement of up to $20 per item, with a maximum of $100 per order. Customers are advised to remove any delicate or irreplaceable items and check pockets before service. While I will return any items found in pockets, I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by items that are overlooked.
A minimum order amount of $30 applies to all services. Large items, such as comforters, that require a separate load due to size or washing preferences can be accommodated but will incur an additional fee of $10 per item.
To protect my health and safety, by submitting this form you confirm that your laundry is sanitary, free of insects, and does not contain feces, urine, or vomit, except for normal household traces.
