What types of laundry services do you offer?

I specialize in wash, dry, and fold laundry services. Whether it’s everyday clothing, delicates, or linens, I treat every item with expert care. By default laundry is washed in cold and dried on normal (med-high for my machine) but I am happy to accommodate any special requests. I do not currently offer ironing/pressing or starching.

Do you offer stain treatment?

All wash service options include basic stain treatment. I will address any stains I notice during sorting; however, it is not possible to inspect every item thoroughly. If you have items with stains that require special care, please separate them and inform me so I can give them the proper attention they need.

How do I schedule a laundry pickup or drop-off?

First time customers – please fill out the booking form and I will be in contact to schedule your first service. After your first order, simply text or call to arrange pickup.

I also offer drop-off at my location, if that option is preferred.

Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup/drop-off?

Nope! Sorting is part of the service. I’ll separate lights, darks, towels, linens, etc.

But, if there’s a specific way you’d like your laundry sorted, feel free to sort in advance and let me know it’s been pre-sorted.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

My standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Orders over 100lbs may increase the turnaround time. Need it faster? Choose Express Service for same-day turnaround on orders under 75lbs.

Can I select what products are used on my laundry?

Yes! I offer both scented and unscented detergents and dryer sheets, as well as many add-ins to choose from. You are also welcome to supply your own products if you are particular about what is used.

Can I schedule recurring pickups?

Absolutely. I love helping you take laundry off your to-do list for good. Weekly, bi-weekly, or custom plans are available.

Is my laundry done with other people’s clothes?

Never! Each order is washed and dried separately to ensure privacy and care.

How do I pay for services?

I accept cash, credit card (via Square), Apple Cash, Venmo, CashApp, and Paypal. 

Where are you located?

I’m located in Northeast Livonia, Michigan and service within 10 miles of my location with free pickup/delivery or 15 miles for an additional fee.

What if I have a special request?

Just let me know! From washing preferences to folding preferences, I love the little details that make laundry personal.
