What types of laundry services do you offer?

I specialize in wash, dry, and fold laundry services. Whether it’s everyday clothing, delicates, or linens, I treat every item with expert care.

How do I schedule a laundry pickup or drop-off?

Simply call, text, or email to arrange convenient pickup or drop-off at our Livonia location.

Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup/drop-off?

Nope! Sorting is part of the service. We’ll separate lights, darks, towels, linens, etc.

But, if there’s a specific way you’d like your laundry sorted, feel free to sort in advance and let me know it’s been pre-sorted.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

My standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Need it faster? Choose deluxe for same-day service.

Do you use scented or unscented detergent?

I offer both! Let me know your preference and any allergies — I’m happy to accommodate.

Can I schedule recurring pickups?

Absolutely. I love helping you take laundry off your to-do list for good. Weekly, bi-weekly, or custom plans are available.

Is my laundry done with other people’s clothes?

Never! Each order is washed and dried separately to ensure privacy and care.

How do I pay for services?

I accept cash and most mobile payment options. 

Where are you located?

I’m located in Livonia, Michigan and service within 10 miles of my location with free pickup/delivery or 15 miles for an additional fee.

What if I have a special request?

Just let us know! From washing preferences to folding preferences, I love the little details that make laundry personal.
