Once this form is submitted I will reach out confirming your selections and preferences, and work with you on a pickup day/time.  Spot treating is not a part of my Basic Service, so make sure to spot treat any stains with your favorite stain remover before sending out your laundry or select the Standard or Deluxe Service.  You are welcome to pre-sort your laundry in any way that you’d like (by person, by specific wash loads, etc.). If you’ve pre-sorted please let me know so that I don’t undo your hard work.

In the rare event of damage to an item, I will provide reimbursement up to $20 per item, with a maximum of $100 per order.  Customers are encouraged to remove any delicate/irreplaceable items and check pockets prior to service.  I will return any items found in pockets, but cannot be held responsible for damages done by missed items.

A minimum order amount of 20lbs applies to all service.  Any orders under 20lbs will be charged $25 for Basic, $30 for Standard, or $40 for Deluxe, before any add-ons.  Large items, such as comforters, that require their own load due to size or washing preferences can be accommodated but will incur an additional $6 per item fee.

Standard delivery is next day for orders under 100lbs. Add one (1) day pre 100lb increments. e.g. – 250lbs would be delivered three (3) days after pickup.
